After a contract is signed, and I receive a 50% deposit, you will receive a brand questionnaire which will detail your background, current business, values you hold, people you’re hoping to reach, things you’re passionate about, etc.

This will give me more in-depth knowledge as to how we can work to effectively communicate who you really are to the world.

After I receive your questionnaire, I’ll start to distill the info to some overarching themes that will resonate with your ideal customer base. This is where I research your market and think through your brand strategically. We will want things to be beautiful and authentic, but we also want it to WORK and attract the people you want as ideal clients + paying customers.

I will send you a personalized strategy document for us to talk through and process together. I’ll hear your feedback and adjust accordingly.

Once we finish the strategic work, I will start matching certain design elements and color palettes, etc. with those pieces of strategy and personality we need to convey. You'll end up with another personalized "creative direction" document that will have some glorified mood boards that will give you a chance to get a really good picture of where we're going and the rationale behind it. Kind of a "vibe check."

This eases a lot of people's fears and concerns right away, usually. They see things start to line up and get a lot of "aha!" moments. It's fun to see! Of course if clients have any concerns or revisions they want to make at this juncture, we do those. I don't move ahead to the next step until you're happy!

This is where I design the actual logos, variations, font suite, colors, photo direction, social media, website direction, and all the tiny and specific details. I include lots of "directional" information along with the actual deliverables because I want people to feel equipped to APPLY their logos and elements throughout their entire brand and have vision for what things could look like as they branch out in different platforms and areas of publicity as they grow.

My goal is to give you a brand that will stand the test of time!

Anyway, this stage includes revisions as well, but 9/10 times clients are thrilled even in the first round. We would schedule a time for a brand presentation (in person or on the phone works) and go over all the details together, solicit your feedback, etc.
